I have been noticing that some movies have problems being recognized by the hub. A friend has a Jaymar chair like me and both of us had issues getting “The Happening” or “Knowing” to work with the hub. Both of us tried multiple times, starting over from the beginning of the movie multiple times, even rebooting the hub and trying again…still no luck getting the movie to get recognized. Can anyone else get these movies to work on their chair/hub? Can D-Box check and see if this is an issue?

I am using the microphone function (like I always have). I tried each movie 4 times in a row letting them run for at least 4 min before restarting. The area was quiet except for the movies (no other ambient noise to confuse system). The system will not recognize the movies. My friend had the same issue with these movies and he was using the integrated audio function of the hub.
The system is working. It recognizes other movies I tried (Free Guy, Real Player One), just not the ones listed above.
Funny - I can recall having a problem with transformers & Pelham 123 back when they came out on blu ray - using 2 gen older controller
Is anyone else having the same problem with these movies. (?) I confirmed these issues with a friend of mine who has a completely separate system (uses Jaymar seats with hub). And I am looking for someone from D-Box to also say that this is an issue (or not) and how to fix it. I don’t like the idea of looking forward to watching a show in my seats that is listed in the library and then go through the process I did with the ones above and not having them work.
